iVoryTowerz Radio: Rock 'n' Roll's in Town

The underground podcast gives 2009 a rough, raw slap to get the year started. Tune this one in if you want plenty of guitars, ragged emotions, expletive-filled lyrical rants, and the usual teenaged angst transposed into midlife crisis. But not to worry. The music does the therapeutic work for you. Trust us. Sit back and let us extract all those nasty post-holiday moods. We guarantee you'll be feeling better on the other side, or at least you'll be in the mood to dance around a bit more, because this show should get you spinning. The program ranges through more than 40 years of rock 'n roll, but there's also plenty of new material we didn't find a way to squeeze into 2008. Check out this eclectic mix: new wave, punk, proto-punk, psychedelic, neo-psychedelic, power pop, blues-rock, alternative, neo-soul, and heavy metal. If that doesn't get you moving in the new year, what will? Please enjoy responsibly but always set the volume at 11. Rock on!
